This week’s case pits friends Lauren and Mike against each other in a battle over social graces. Lauren brings the case against Mike – she claims Mike texts, emails, and updates his social networks when he should be devoting his attention to their conversation. Mike believes performing these tasks while socializing with others is completely appropriate, especially if the offending phone use is for professional purposes. "Oh my God, you are under fake oath! Fake oath! FAKE."

That reaction by Mike was my favorite part of the podcast.

Wow am I the only one that freaked out to the "bleeping" of the social network name on this episode?! I was listening at work with my headphones and i thought an 18 wheeler smashed through the wall while while honking or the fire alarm was going off. I jumped and my heart was racing for the next 10 minutes.

Next time you need to "bleep" something please pick something not as loud and abrupt. Or just the normal "bleep" sound is fine too.

I was also in the car and thought something was going terribly awry.
