It's just called Buffalo Wild Wings now, but it used to be BW3, which stood for "Buffalo Wild Wings and 'Wecks."

'Weck is short for "kimmelweck," a kind of roll on which they served sandwiches.

I will now go into the voluntary exile I deserve for knowing the above facts.

I tried to climb that mountain when I was in Vancouver, but it was frozen and closed. But the gondala ride was exciting, though I am from flat places.

For those who are longing for greater detail, beef on weck is Buffalo's other, less well-known regional cuisine. It is a sandwich which consists of roast beef on the aforementioned kummelweck roll, which is a fluffy white roll with caraway seeds and big hunks of salt on top.
