Just finished listening to the podcast but I think JJH forgot to ask the litigants about the cultural reference for the second case, BFF:RIP, that Jesse and JJH went through in great length.
My first guess was some Mamet play. However, I realized it was Strangers on a Train.

Did I hear talk about video recordings of this show? If so, will they be available at some point?

Both episodes were fantastic. It took the whole week last week to listen to the whole thing during my lunchtime walks. Monday when I started walking I thought to myself "Time for my Hodgman!" and was disappointed to find my Downcast app was out of it. It was then that I remembered that Hurricane Sandy had postponed the first "Live at the Greene Space" so I got a double dose of Hodgman last week. I could get used to the extra Hodgman but not the hurricanes.

Yeah, I just came here to comment on this cuz I realized he did forget. I was thinking "Double Indemnity" for a while, but realized that wasn't it.
