Hi there. Yes and yes.
Typically Jordan will write the intro to a show that he's also appearing in - where we are, what the rivalry is, where Jesse's luxury recording yacht is moored and maybe some intros to the US players if Sarah and I don't know them well enough. If there's a quickfire round or a section that's just for the other team, then Jordan might write that too.
This time out Jordan came up with the "Bad Lyrics: Port of Call New Orleans" thing and Jesse made up a list of NorCal / SoCal songs with horrible lyrics. I think Jordan may also have written the "If NorCal / SoCal win, then maybe they can celebrate by..." bit at the end. That make sense?
Oh, he's also our muse, so that deserves a credit, right?
Our British writer, Sarah Morgan does most of the other writing and has been writing a good chunk of each show for the last 6 months. Sarah also writes UK radio show
Bigipedia and recently co-created her new baby daughter, who was just born this week... Congratulations Tim and Sarah!
And yes, Jordan's great on the show! He get's the format, says funny things and is disconcertingly good at knowing the actual answers, particularly (as in this episode) when they involve extreme swearing. He's on our MaxFunCon East episode too, which should be out early December. We make him eat stuff blindfolded again.
