Hey folks. What'd you think?

The music in this one:

We Write Threnodies, We Write with Explosions by Storm and Stress (which is a great, great song).
Then a couple of different John Fahey pieces: Improv in E Minor and Unknown Tango
Then JD002, a pice of Ryuichi Sakamoto's soundtrack to the Derrida doc. (There's also a tiny tone from swiped from somewhere else on that soundtrack that get's used over and over again throughout this episode, but I lost track of from where it was swiped).
A piece called Time Hole on the score to The Master that moves into a piece from the Lincoln score.
Then there's a thing from Sakamoto's Babel score.
Song at the end is Prizewinning by Julianna Barwick. That record is rad.

I feel a bit silly responding when I have nothing better to say than "amazing as always", but oh well: amazing as always. I first found the podcast a few years ago (ca. Episode 10, I think), and I can't say how thrilled I was a few months ago when you or Jesse announced it was joining MaxFun. For a long time each episode seemed to be a gift, with the podcast set to fold (is there a podcast version of "fold"?) at any time. I look forward to next months well-written, well-delivered episode. And, hey, it looks like I did have more to say.

The Memory Palace is the only podcast I turn into "event listening". I stop the other things I'm doing in order to fully focus on the podcast itself. It's marvellous.
