I know this is a really boring response to the German guy that Jesse bought the robe from, but it's possible that this guy is an au pair/nanny. He doesn't may watch the kids afternoons and weekends when the parents go out of town.
But if not a nanny then probably a live in Manwhore.

If there is no video, or at least audio, of "The King of Cassingles," I don't want to live anymore.

But if not a nanny then probably a live in Manwhore. I thought maybe he was a live-in nurse or caregiver for someone elderly or ill.

My thought was either elder-care or house/pet sitter. Or maybe he's a rent-a-butler! If that's not a thing, it should be.

Ooh, I like the idea of him being a jobbing butler/valet. A gentleman's gentleman, rather than a gentleman's fucktoy.

During the celeb shout-outs bit, I kept waiting for there to be a shout-out to "Foghorn L." I don't know why, it just got stuck in my head.
