This was a great interview, Jesse. Its good to see a band that has been together as long as they have not show any signs of ostentation or affectation. They seem to work together really well, and don't really adhere to the standard creative hierarchy of a "band."
That said, Pee-Wee did not embark on a roadtrip to find "himself," he went on a roadtrip to find his bike.

He ended up finding himself, though, didn't he?
Anyway, he knew who had the bike: the Russians.

hmm, interesting. I've never thought about what that movie was actually about. To the cornucopia board!

They sound like they'd put on a great live show, their attitude is charming as all hell. Now I want to see them, and it looks like they primarily hit Canada and the west coast. Boo! Album it is.

Their new album is great. They remind me of The Cardigans, and I love The Cardigans.

I definitely ended up liking their music far more than I thought I would. Hooray for indie rock that sounds nothing like the Animal Collective!

I agree with Tinyfolk. I don't know why, but I did not expect to enjoy this nearly as much as I did. I found the interview delightful, and am finding their music likewise.

I love the gleeful exclamation made in unison that the ladies in the band uttered when you mentioned Pee-Wee at the top of the show.

I'm definitely going to have to try to find some of their stuff, 'cause I certainly enjoyed the clips that were played, and the three of them were utterly charming.
