has it been addressed that greg fitzsimmons started an "overheard" segment on his podcast about a month ago??
i'm sure it's nothing more than parallel thinking.. but the fact that SPY has executed the same concept so much better makes it a little difficult to listen to

also lol @ the wire disc skipping at one of the most poignant scenes of the series.
at least you have the entire season 4 to watch for the first time. best season of the show imo

I actually cheered when I saw the name. Ryan's last episode was one of my favorites. Time to go listen!

I'm glad you got a kick out of my "Whatzamattawit U" call. I didn't know it was an old joke, though I guess the fact that it was engraved onto a license plate fame should've tipped me off.
I was listening to last week's podcast when I saw the truck with that on it, so I called right then, and now I've listened to this week's episode on the same drive to and from class.

Grampa looks super fancy with his new dish. I feel like a bad listener now. I have made no gifts for the fella.

Oh, don't worry about him. He's spoiled.

I would have put money on U2.0 being UToo, or UToo, Electric Boogaloo

As I was listening, I thought the band would be Me3.
That seems like it could be a recurring segment as long as the names of some bands to spoof were brainstormed beforehand. Or maybe it is seems easier than it actually is.

I feel like I stepped on Ryan's "Us As Well."

If I were a millionaire, I would back you guys on Hick City (or Hick from the City or whatever). Danza vs Pierce is a match made in three camera hell.
