When is it appropriate to ask to crash at a friend's place? Should the practice be curtailed when one reaches a certain age or level of financial security? Chris and Emily bring this case against their friend Pat.

I contend that the ruling on couch surfing having a sort of life stage expiration date applies also to having friends help you move.

Having friends help you move is a pretty great bonding experience, though. That being said, having professionals move you is pretty amazing.

That is true! It was ESPECIALLY true when said friends drove three hours from Atlanta to Asheville and then back to do it!

But now I'm 36 and have more financial means than I did then and so: PROFESSIONALS.
