Along the same lines of Sarah Vowell, I think Starlee Kine would be a great MFC guest.

A big vote for Mike Pesca. Also, I vote for Greg Proops, Kumail Nanjiani, Caissie St. Onge, and Rory Scovel. Scharpling and/or Wurster would be a dream come true.

I don't have any suggestions for "headliners" like Brooke Gladstone, Andrew WK, Jad, Lee Unkrich, etc. I implicitly trust your judgement on those. Big Time Gene O'Neil.
Comedy Guests: Mike Schmidt, Pete Holmes, Eddie Pepitone, Erin Gibson, Bill Burr, NICK ADAMS, Moshe Kasher, Melissa Villasenor
Podcasts: Walking the Room, the Longshot, The Champs, Comedy Bang Bang!, the Todd Glass show (early breakfast and lunch to be served in the podcast theater)
non-guest ideas?: I imagine it might be difficult to get draught service at MFC, but if they're set up for it at Lake Arrowhead (if they are at all, they should have a picnic setup for the smore party), it would be cheaper than cases of beer and easier to coordinate.
Music: Make sure they have the Jackson 5's One More Chance. Two years and the DJ looked at me like I was crazy!! (which I am)
NOTE: If none of these come true I will not care in the slightest because I completely trust your booking, planning, and organizing skills, as the last two MFCs were some of the best days of my life.
edit: oh my god I didn't even consider Mike Pesca. Oh god. He's my favorite man.

It would be awesome to have Adam WarRock perform The Sound, since with the name change this is the last year it would be relevant, and I think it's great.
Failing that, I suggest Boondox, a clown rapper from Covington, Georgia whose stage persona is that of a killer scarecrow.

Imagine a room where Mike Schmidt performs a podcast for the entire length of MaxFunCon. Attendees could drop in and out of the room from time to time. I bet he could sustain a marathon session like that.

For sure. Billy on the Street is so great. And How Was Your Week is one of my favorite podcasts.

Barney Frank should be at MaxFunCon: Quote: Interviewer: You’ve long argued for the decriminalization of marijuana. Do you smoke weed? Barney Frank: No. Interviewer: Why not? Barney Frank: Why do you ask a question, then act surprised when I give an answer? Do you think I lie to people? Interviewer: I thought you might explain why you support decriminalizing it but don’t smoke it. Barney Frank: Do you think I’ve ever had an abortion?
