I'm glad this was discussed on JJGO. My father was visiting Switzerland in the early 1960s and snapped a photo of this strange poster.

This may be a little obvious, but I have a feeling that the Gender Solutions High-Flex knee is an artificial knee that gives you the kind of high flexibility that can help you with any gender issues you might have. Specifically it is a knee that will bend the regular way to let you walk, but then also bends the opposite way to reveal a hidden dong and/or lady parts. Maybe if I were better with autocad, I could post some schematics for you, but I'm sure you get the general idea.

I think what's funny about this is the idea that you could solve gender. A new dick in the back of my knee isn't quite a solution. Like, I'd still look the same, I'd just have a dick in the back of my knee, which might be a fun coctail party trick, but it's not a gender solution.
