I swear to some kind of higher power that I was going to call in an overheard last week and address it to Graham, Dave and Charlie Demers, just as a wild guess. But I didn't overhear anything good. And of course there's no proof of this. But I wouldn't lie to you guys. I could never lie to you guys.

Oh man, the "oh darn!" was the best part of that episode.

Two different lady guests followed by Charlie Demers is probably the best stretch of SPY I could have imagined.

Charlie Demers could kill my whole family, and I'd still be like, "Well, he did come up with Recessive Gene Simmons, so I'll give him a pass."
Sooo excited, off to listen...

I went to at least one Sadie Hawkins Dance in high school. They DO exist!

All those baseball card ideas were awesome.
An adaptation of Graham's idea to hand out Calgary Flames cards instead of business cards: If I were a graphic designer, I would totally find some way to make my business cards out of old baseball cards.
Trading cards of Dave, Graham, Jordan, Jesse, John Hodgman and the Brothers McElroy (along with whatever other awesome people are on board at Max Fun by next year) would be one of the greatest pledge drive gifts ever -- especially if they came packaged with sheetrock-consistency chewing gum.

Only partway through the show (haven't even gotten to know everyone, yet), but so far this episode is fantastic and hilarious. Charlie's a great guest. You probably knew that already.

No spoilers for listeners who haven't made it to this point in the show yet, but you NEED to keep the little sound bit that was added to the sign off FOREVER.

another great episode as always. the addition of SPY last year prompted me to start donating and the addition of MBMBAM this year has prompted me to give more so keep it up.
also, fear not Dave, each and every week i make sure to listen to the podcast while at the computer so i can enjoy the blog that goes along with it.
aaaaalso, you guys need to continue adding these little bits after the closing music. ever since ep 154 i have been cracking up at them.

Ditto. I am not even halfway through the episode yet and it's already my favorite ever.
(I still have about 2/3 of the archive to listen to, but they are going to have a tough time topping this)
EDIT: Oh man, AND they played my overheard.

Bread slippers? Say no more.
Did Charlie not know that business card CDs are a real thing? Although I wonder if anyone still uses them…
"Oh, darn" was the best.

Charlie is probably my favorite SPY guest. He's always so funny, and he just meshes so well.
