So much greatness today. I lost it @ "wife safety video with Robert Blake" though.

This is the greatest. Thank you to all involved.
I would watch M. Night Shyamalan's The Cementist.

The instant I hear PFT mention on the Tompkast that he was going to Vancouver, I just thought, "I can't wait 'til he gets back on Stop Podcasting Yourself." And it was so worth the wait. You guys killed all over the place, but I especially loved Paul's shock at Dave's dad flying in from Australia. Also, kinda ashamed to admit I got a geeky kick out of knowing Ramona Flowers and Amy Pond share a birthday...

PFT on SPY makes me so happy. I've taken to fake coughing when I catch myself involuntarily laughing out loud in public like a crazy. This episode probably made people think I have the contagion virus. I'm fine with that.

Watch Harland Williams on Conan.
I haven't finished this episode though, so if it relates to that in some way, my bad.

I do this too. I've been spending my work days listening to back episodes of SPY and JJGO recently and I'm really starting to get self-conscious about my constant coughing. No one in the office has said anything, but at this point I'm wondering if it would be less embarrassing to just be the guy who laughs to himself all day, rather than the guy who has had a nasty cough for 2 months straight.

Oh shoot! I didn't see Harland Williams on Conan; I'll have to watch it now. I thought I was the first one to come up with this.

I was astonished at the idea that Paul F Tompkins thinks that asking to be on a show might in any way be unwelcome.
Surely any podcaster dreams of the day when Paul F Tompkins pitches himself as a guest.

In re: Japanese erotica featuring octopi, Oh COME ON! Does no one remember that episode of Mad Men when Bert Cooper displayed this painting in his office?:

Also, it took me far too long to figure out that Paul F. Tompkins wasn't actually visiting his own grandpa in Vancouver. Sigh.
